We will only collect from you information that is necessary and relevant to our relationship with you, including to enable us to provide to you the best possible service and customer experience. This collected information is used internally for the purpose of evaluating visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at the Bright Wonders website.

Usually, the main reason why we might need to collect, hold, use or disclose your personal information will be relating to a service that we are providing and for contacting you in relation to those services. Our main services include the sale and delivery of goods; providing information and responding to queries in relation to our goods and services; facilitating competitions and the processing of service issues.

  • to enable us to perform administrative and operational tasks to provide a product or a service to you including but not limited to coordinating delivery of your goods, to facilitate and process your orders and payments and to provide information that you have requested ;
  • for use in direct marketing of promotions, products and services including to add to a database compiled by us for this purpose and to facilitate your entry into competitions run through the Website;
  • to any third party suppliers of our goods or services, including manufacturers;
  • for regulatory reporting to law enforcement officials and relevant agencies for compliance with our legal obligations and to protect against fraud and for related security purposes or debt collection;
  • to facilitate product reviews, seek feedback in relation to particular products, customer satisfaction and our relationship with you and to manage any concerns or complaints you may raise against us;

We may share your personal information with other companies related to Bright Wonders or with our third party entities.

Third party entities may assist us with a variety of functions including with product delivery, banking, payment processing, data storage, order tracking, product reviews, online competitions, responding to customer queries and complaints or technology services and may be required to handle or deal with your personal information.

Wherever possible, we will limit the information provided to independent third parties to that information required for those third parties to properly perform their functions.

 

9. Do we use your personal information for marketing purposes?

As part of the services that we provide to you, we may use personal information to identify a product or service that may benefit you which may result in us or our related entities contacting you from time to time ie couriers.

We do not disclose your personal information to third party entities for any marketing purposes.

You can opt-out, unsubscribe or make a request to not receive marketing communications from us by phone 08 7425 1400, by writing to us at Bright Wonders, Suite 34, 33 Warwick Street, Walkerville SA 5081, or by logging such a request through the Website at any time.

Additionally, each marketing communication, including all emails will include an opt-out or "unsubscribe" option which will immediately indicate to us that you no longer wish to receive materials of this kind and we will stop sending you these materials.

 

10. How do we store your personal information?

We have implemented appropriate processes including computer and network security to protect personal information from loss, misuse and interference and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. In addition, access to your personal information is limited to those who specifically need it to conduct their responsibilities.

We take all necessary steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information where it is no longer required to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and interference and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

While care is taken to protect your personal information on the Website, unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet is guaranteed as 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to us or receive from us online. This is particularly true for information you send to us via email as we have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us.
